Less of interview more of getting to know you. You won't be sitting down at a desk while they just drill you questions and have a clipboard they are writing on. It's like how you meet any new person. You ask about them and there house. You chat about fun things. They ask about what you're looking for in life. Things like that. Basically if you guys mesh well you'll probably get a bid.
