I'd say Top Tier is -
Kappa Sig, DKE, Delta Sig, Lambda.
Sig Ep seems less and less relevant every semester

There is such a huge gap between #1 Lambda Chi and the rest I think Lambda Chi should be in their own tier.

The next tier below Lambda Chi should start with KS
