why are some houses top?

Why are houses like Fiji top? They don't have any hot guys, and no one seems to like them? No hate but I'm honestly curious as to why?

FIJI is not considered in the TOP tier. Some may consider them the TOP of the middle tier but definitely not TOP tier material
