hardest pledge process?

I've always heard off campus is rough, but how do they compare to Sig Ep's and Kappa Sig's?

when it comes to earning your letters DKE is the only frat on or off campus with a real pledge process.

Kappa sig and sig ep are pretty similar but the frat above is apparently a different level.
