who are the ACTUAL top fraternities at ASU top 3 and middle tier?

I would agree with post # 27...In all honesty, the Greek System at ASU is on the decline. It basically SUCKS. The real and true Greek Systems are located at the South East Conference (SEC) schools (Ole Miss, Alabama, UTenn, UGA, Florida, LSU, South Carolina, Etc). Houses are bigger, Greek System stronger, and recruitment # are higher.

The Big 12, ACC, and some smaller Southern schools also have some pretty strong traditional Greek systems. ASU's has majorly declined because of awful administrators.

Next year every fraternity with a complex will be irrelevant. 90 days will blanket the city. Unless they do what Fiji did they're gone

I happen to disagree with the posts on this thread. The best fraternity is a black fraternity known as the Kappas. You want to know why? Because you Greeks don't have any showmanship. You just gossip about each other like women in nursing homes. You bring nothing to the table, except the same thing everyone else is bringing. Your pledge processes are all alike, your secrets are the same, your grades suck, and you look horrible dancing at weddings. No swag.

No. Sorry IFC fraternities don't do step competitions, but they almost always have better grades than the Pan-Hellenic groups.

Kappa's Kappa Alpha Psi? Cause if so their GPA was under a 2.0 which is a lot lower than the IFC groups.

All you jealous losers hating on Sigma Chi. Sigma Chi, SigEp and TKE are top houses. they have parties that people actually go to... Everyone else is pretty middle tier like SAE, Lambda, DKE and maybe KA. FIJI is alright but dont expect much.

Middle Top: SAE, FIJI, ASig, KSig, Lambda, Delta Chi
Middle: AEPi, Delta Sig, Pi Kapp, DTD, Alpha Delt,
Bottom: SAM, KA, DU, TDX, ZBT, PIKE

Different people will rank differently in terms of their priorities.
Best party fraternities: Theta Chi, Sig Chi, SigEp, AEPi, DKE
Best community image(good guys/gentleman): Pi Kapp, Dsig, Lambda
Best Athletics: DChi, SigEp, Dsig, FIJI
Bottom Tier Everything (no order): DTD, TDX, PIKE, DU, ZBT, KA, SAM

The rest are sort of just mid tier
