From what ive been hearing they already are off to a rocky start with some members already having bids revoked..

Other former top houses to come back recently:

dsig, pike, sig pi. None were very good at first. They'll only get anywhere close to their former glory if they have heavy alumni support/involvement and can acquire a complex. They were great before (in large part) due to their alumni and their nice (by ASU standards) house on Alpha Dr. They would be helped if they could do what alpha dig or dke did and pick up the last pledge classes of a former good house in order to steer them in the right direction. However, no decent houses have lost their charters lately. Theta Chi was the last one. Maybe if they could recruit the remaining Theta Chi guys on campus to help them steer the way, they could be successful. Tbh, Back in the day Theta Chi and Sigma Nu were very similar.
