if i rush as a junior will i get a bid?

I know it's really hard, but If I have a high GPA and im involved, do houses still take juniors?

If you want a top tier, you better be all those things and super attractive and know how to work recruitment in your favor. Kappa and lower will probably take you and lower tier definitely will.
