opinions and improvements

KKG / DG - put it either way you want. They can be either/or honestly there isn't really a middle ground. Kappa has gorgeous girls as far as I seen and has great fraternity relations. DG is also great. But I truly don't see them out and about nearly as much as kappas. Just my honest opinion. Kappa is trying to step their game up and it is working for the most part but still need to get their act together. DG is very mellow and chill to be around. Be a little more involved and it will most definitely help them out more.
SK - this one will be controversial as well but again, my opinion. Their pledge class this semester has been their game changer. They were not nearly as relevant as they are this year. Their new girls are 10x better and good for them. They need much more work but the improvement they have made this year is helping them move up. I do think they are underneath the two above. The last couple years they definitely wouldn't be. Had more of higher standard when selecting members this past formal recruitment. Keep working on it and only try to improve when going through recruitment.
Chi O - way too competitive. Brings the sister hood down. But they are a strong group. Very driven and involved. They are constantly making strides when winning philanthropies and putting themselves out there during anything competitive. In my opinion they look too much for girls who are as competitive as they are. Nice girls, but tone that down just a tad and it'll help you out.

KD - gorgeous girls. But their sisterhood and sorority as a whole needs A LOT of work. But they have some serious potential. Only been here for a year and are impressing a lot of us whether you want to believe it or not. Get your act together as well and it will make you move up quicker. Look for more girls who are put together and not ones who seem iffy to place a bid on. Has a good amount of pretty girls and not so pretty girls.
AGD / ADPI - AGD is a very interesting sisterhood. They have a very diverse group of girls. If you want something different and not your average sorority give them a look. As a bottom house, they still have something to offer. Definitely try to further your fraternity relations and not give out bids to whoever you see. ADPI kind of in a rut the past few years. They are making a tiny amount of improvement to step their game up. Yes you're the bottom house, but why not try and change things up and improve? The only way you guys can go is up. Close to overcoming AGD but still need to be WAY more involved and not give up so easily. You have potential, just show it.

How long did it take you to write this?

In my opinion you are being too kind to Theta. Honestly looking at them as a whole now - not their just the couple hot older girls, they are mid to lower mid. They have become the "smart girl" sorority. There is nothing wrong with that but your rankings seem to be including looks, involvement etc and they rank low on everything but GPA.
