is 3.1 college gpa good enough

I remember PiKapp had a 3.25 GPA requirement, other frats are either 3.0 or 2.75
Just wanted to know if 3.1 is solid for rushing in the spring

Yeah, you should be alright. Some fraternities like pikapp and lambda might not take that into consideration, but you should qualify for most with a 3.1... but keep in mind ALOT more factors come into play rather than just your GPA lol

Lambda Chi Alpha has a minimum 3.5 GPA but most have much higher with many at 4.0. Lambda Chi Alpha is #1 and wants to hold that spot by bidding the smartest and best looking guys at ASU.
