Lambda Chi still considered the top house your ticket to social relevancy but also the most selective. Don't bother rushing unless you have been called "hot" all you life, In Barrett's or the "smartest" person in your class, parents have a 7+ figure net worth. These are the guys that will own the companies that all other fraternity members hope to get a job at in the future. ALL sororities #1 favorite fraternity.

Also LXA is the most selective they turn away 90% of rushees so all the other frats get their rejects.

idk. most likely because they are tight with some of the best sororities on campus and they took arguably the best pledge class this fall
