One huge key to their success was that they had the nicest house on Alpha Drive. Another was their alumni were amazing for them. I think if their alumni step up and secure a complex, like FIJI's, then they could become good pretty quickly. According to their (outdated) website, "THE ALUMNI CHAPTER IS ALIVE, AND WE WILL BE MOVING TO HAVE A NEW CHAPTER PUT IN PLACE, IN A NEW PROPERTY ON OR ABOUT FALL 2016."

Google 604 S. Roosevelt. Whole plex for sale right by campus, could be a game changer. Needs to be gated though
