what happens to theta?

When I came to ASU they were a top 3 house so maybe I just still see it that way bc that's what I'm most familiar with and that's the way it was during my rush process. I still see absolutely gorgeous Thetas everywhere and I'm confused as to why people have been ranking them so low this year. Explanations anyone?

Just going to say this first, I absolutely love Theta. The reason is because the B team is growing. They really want a good gpa so it's a little different than it used to be but they are still in the top 3

Over time, the quality of every sorority and fraternity changes. They were also top 3 when I was a freshman, but the tiers recycle all the time. It's just the way it is.
