opinions of each frat

Thinking of pledging for one of these 5 frats and was wondering everyone's opinions of each of them:
1. Alpha Sigma Phi
2. Kappa Sig
3. Sig Ep
4. Kappa Alpha
5. Sig Tau

You can't just pledge for them.. You rush and then wait and see if you receive a bid. If they give you a bid you can choose to join or not.

That list doesn't make sense, there is one fraternity considered in the "top tier" one towards the bottom of the "middle tier" and the rest just the bottom tier that would give a bid to anyone. Are you shooting for the one in the "top tier"?, settle for the bottom of the middle tier?, and use the others that blanket bid as a safety net?

When SigEp's award-winning Balanced Man Program is run right, it is a more challenging experience than pledging. While brothers have the right to membership the day they join, it comes with many responsibilities. Brothers must be engaged their entire time in the chapter, not just the first semester. If brothers do not meet their expectations in each challenge, their membership is lapsed. Furthermore, the Balanced Man Program challenges brothers to provide the best experience on campus.
