it all depends on what you're looking for. This isn't the SEC so there aren't definitive old row top houses, but there are some that stand above the rest.
Top
SigEp: Been a strong house for a long time, many expected them to get kicked off last year, but they kicked out some kids and are good for now. Their older brothers still have great sorority relations and rage, but they need to recruit well if they want to stay dominant
Fiji: Biggest asset is their plex. Mid tier just a few years ago, but having a decent place to consistently party and house brothers has helped a lot. Their last few rush classes have been very strong, if they keep it up they should have a good year.
Kappa Sig: Like Fiji, they were just alright a few years ago, but have been able to step it up in recruiting. Have good relations with alpha phi, and if they find a better place to party than the cottages, this will be a big year for them.
Lambda: People here hate on lambda because they dont haze, but aside from OFC and a few others, most fraternities' pledge process is a fraction of what it used to be. Have strong ties with theta, are very involved with campus, and throw down occasionally.

Sig Ep slipped a bit last year I think the consensus is Lambda Chi is the #1 top of the pyramid followed by Sig Ep, Fiji KS
