fraternity rankings

Top Tier:
SigEp - have become a slightly smaller chapter, consistently good at sports, throw good parties, girls like them. As long as they don't burn anymore houses down they will be straight.
Lambda - academically stout, good social presence however still have a slight social club status. Nonetheless, girls like them and they have good parties.
Fiji- been recruiting solid PC's. Have like a 20year win streak in volleyball, and only house with official housing. Girls like them and raised most money for fraternity philanthropies.
Kappa Sig- rage hard, have good socials and parties. Really close with Aphi, been on campus for 5-6years now and have made good name for themselves
Mid Tier-
Delta Chi- strong intramural presence(football and basketball). Relative consistent fraternity, haven't climbed or fallen. Have a plex and girls like them.
Delta Sig- decent at intramurals and academics. Soccer is there thing. Been on campus for 4 years now, so starting to drop the goober vibe. For the most part have built good relations with sororities.
PiKapp- I honestly don't know what to say about pikapp. So many different views of this fraternity. Academically they are well off, pretty good sorority relations. But a lot of people think they are soft, prob haven't earned the respect from most frats. Nonetheless, do have some relevance though
Pike- been on campus for 3 years I believe. Have the largest chapter cause they bid a ton of people, gotta stop doing that. intramural powerhouse

KA- chapter of the year. Parties have been decent from what I heard. But they have been around forever and haven't really climbed. Don't know much more about them
STG- newest fraternity on this list. Have to recruit well if they want to climb, have a lot of intertesting dudes in their frat, need to throw more parties and develop better sorority relations

Kappa Alpha was Re-orged in like 2012 and went from 10 members to what it is now (like 70-80 w/o this years fall PC). Not saying they are on the come up just yet, but they are growing in numbers for sure.
