There are no off campus fraternities that have ANY affiliation with ASU. If you want to join a "membership club" with NO TIES to ASU you should check out COSTCO, they have some great deals.
If you want to join a fraternity with OFFICIAL ties to ASU check one of over 30 on campus houses.

I think what you mean is "do any fraternities have a house that is off campus?" This is different than OFC, which refers to fraternities that still operate, but without affiliation with ASU/IFC. To answer what I think you are asking, FIJI (who is recognized by ASU and is an on campus fraternity) has the only official house in the ASU greek system (the house itself is located off campus, but close by)
KA has an apartment complex that functions like a fraternity house, and so does Delta Chi. Both of those fraternities are on campus (recognized by IFC) Even though their central locations are off campus.
TKE also has an apartment complex, like KA/DX (although their's is nicer), but they are "OFC" (not recognized by ASU).

At ASU when people say on campus, they mean recognized by the school, and when they say off campus they mean not recognized. This is because no fraternity has a house located on campus, so using the term in that way would make no sense. I can see how this is confusing, because that's not what it means everywhere.

Incoming freshmen should understand that OFC fraternities have NO affiliation with ASU or IFC. They do not participate in any OFFICIAL ASU Greek functions. These OFC since they are not affiliated with ASU can recruit ANYONE they do not have to even be a student at ASU, they can be in high school or Jr High. They are like the bloods or crips.

First I am not a LXA thank you but a member of the #1 fraternity at ASU. We play by the rules and are officially recognized and affilliated with ASU and IFC and officially suported by our nationals. Your fraternity on the other hand has NO official ties to ASU or IFC you DON'T play by the same rules that the over 30 on campus fraternities and sororities do and your nationals are so desperate that instead of kicking you off then allowing you to re-colonize in 4-6 years when ASU officially banned your fraternity for egregious infractions YOUR fraternity instead to acting mature and accepting the decision decided to cheat and talk your questionable "nationals" to not close your chapter.
Now you have NO OFFICIAL ties to ASU, heck you don't even need to be an ASU student!. You can be a flunky out of high school attend Mesa State, be a high school student or be some 40 year old wanna be who wants to act lime a teen. It is really pathetic, you guys should have just accepted your punishment, have "nationals" do whats right and closed your chapter with an opportunity to re-colonize in 4-6 years instead your chater and your "nationals" decided to CHEAT!

lol, the fact that you have to claim to be in the "#1 house at ASU" just shows how pathetic and desperate you are to try to undermine off-campus houses. If you were really in a top house, you wouldn't be on this site crying about off-campus houses because the members they supposedly recruit wouldn't be given bids or taking away from your membership anyways.

Good job "playing by the rules", want a cookie? You sound like a straight up goober. If not in Lambda Chi, probably in Pi Kapp, Delta Sig, DTD or Sig Tau.
