dear asu sororities,

Am I the only one who is disgusted with the way each sorority treats one another? Why is there so much competition to be "top house" when every single chapter does AMAZING things for ASU and the entire community as a whole? SO WHAT if a house raised more money in their philo? SO WHAT if a chapter messed up and is on probation? SO WHAT if a house has all of the "pretty girls"? SO WHAT if a house got the highest GPA? As women in greek life we should be there for chapters going through hard times. We should be congratulating the houses that achieve amazing things. We should not be bashing other houses, ranking them based off of looks, and talking badly about each other. We're all women who are part of organizations with such great values. This is not how we should be acting. The greek community is so messed up at Arizona State and it honestly makes me sick to watch. Panhellenic does nothing but divide greek life. Reading through this feed make me sick because there is no reason whatsoever to be hating on a chapter for doing better than your own, or vise versa. BE HAPPY FOR THE WOMEN IN THE COMMUNITY. Being nice to each other is not a hard concept to practice. Talk to your chapter about participating in each others philos, having socials with other sororities and building strong relationships with the other women in the greek community!!! There's no reason to be in competition.
