several fraternities have members who live in sections of vista villas. However, most fraternities are like 70-120 members so even if, lets say, 20 guys live in a block at vista, they'll still have many off campus houses rented by brothers (usually several houses with ~4 living in each house together) that will be used as party spots. This is the average fraternity set up. A few fraternities have centralized locations (entire small garden-style apartment complexes with every unit occupied by members of the same fraternity)...those are the closest you'll get to a real fraternity house. And of those few, FIJI has their complex zoned as a real fraternity house which carries a few benefits.
