Actually ΛΧΑ is considered the top house at ASU. It is the MOST exclusive and therefore the hardest to get a bid from. ALL Sororities would put ΛΧΑ as their favorite. The poster above obviously was not given a bid by LXA so holds a grudge.
If you are good looking, smart, are going places in life and have a confident, outgoing personallity put LXA at the top of your list.
One word of advice, avoid the "off campus" fraternities they will not exist soon. They are not recognized by ASU and it's just a matter of time before their national's pull the plug.

Basically all the relevant houses at Asu whether on or off campus. DKE, sig chi, sig ep, and Tke are more established and kappa sig, Fiji, pike and d chi are more on the rise. As you can tell from the comments above lambda is whack, no pledge process and are just soft try hards. Yeah some girls like you but some girls also like delta sig lol.

Don't let people tell you that OFC is irrelevant because they aren't. Yes some frats on campus are on the rise but traditions never die. Girls will always love DKE, Sig Chi, and TKE as long as their nationals still back them.

Houses like dtd, KA, sig tau, pi kapp, delta sig, chi phi, Zbt, sig pi and all the other new frats are straight up garbage.

DKE- overall top house right now, great pledge classes, best parties, we will see if they wil start to become irrelevant because they are off campus

Sig Ep- on campus top house, great at sports, great sorority relations, fell off a bit this year with pledge classes but they will bounce back

Sig Chi- used to be top house but they are starting to become irrelevant. Pulled a pretty solid fall class and older guys still rage with dimes, they could be non existent by next spring

Kappa Sig- up and coming top house, solid sorority relations, a ton of socials, rage with dimes, great pledge classes

FIJI- dopest plex setup, recent pledge classes have been iffy, rage and solid at sports, need to improve sorority relations and they will be top, on the rise

TKE- now that I've heard they lost their plex they might become irrelevant. Older guys still pull smokes and rage, newer pledge classes have been whack

PIKE- pledge classes have been great, good at sports, rage but need to improve sorority relations, on the rise

Delta Chi- took a pretty solid fall class, good at sports, rage but also need to improve sorority relations.

Lambda- girls like them, good at philo and grades, don't really rage, pledge classes are sus, don't haze, WACK IMO

I recommend all rushees to check out these fraternities and see where they fit in best. Both on and off campus these are the top 8 fraternities. Stay away from frats like KA, dtd, sig tau, pi kapp, delta sig, sig pi, zbt, and chi phi they blow.

As someone that got a bid from every single one of the fraternities you mentioned I can say I am glad I chose LXA. ALL of our members received multiple bids from houses considered top tier but we all ended up at LXA. LXA has more mature brothers that have left hs behind and are ready for the next chapter of our lives. Almost all of the other houses mentioned are like still being in high school, they have a two tier pledge process where the pledges are usually naked with each other doing kinky things, like I said childish high school things. We enjoy great relationships with all the sororities and have the highest gpa of sny fraternity. Like I said if you are ready to move beyond high school and take the next step join the fastest growing fraternity in the nation with the current largest number of actives with by far the greatest average number of members per chapter.
In any case I would stay away from all the off campus fraternities, they were kicked off campus by ASU but they somehow talked their nationals in keeping there charters ,ALL these houses will become irrelevant in a few years and will likely fold.
