Where do the on campus fraternities stay?

FIJI - has a complex on lemon st
DX - has a complex on lemon st
KA - has a complex off spence
the rest lack a real central location (a place with more than like 6 bedrooms)
Even as far as off campus houses go, TKE is the only one with a complex (lemon st)

this is exactly why you should never consider pledging an off campus fraternity. All the off campus fraternities are dependent on the whims of their landlords and zoning regulations. It's only a matter of time before their nationals shut them down.

except TKE and Sigma Chi have both been off campus and recognized by their nationals for more than 2 full school years at this point. They're not getting booted anytime soon.
