sae/signu coming back?

I can't even picture sigma nu without their house. Part of the reason they were so good for so long was they had the nicest house on Alpha Drive, which helped get recruits. For them to be anything like they were in the past, they'd need to get a complex practically day 1 (this is what alpha sig did to capture some of their delta sig glory). SAE was way less prominent than sigma nu so for them to return to as good as they were (upper-middle-ish) wouldn't be as difficult. In reality I see both returning because every nationals wants a presence at the biggest school in the US, but both simply becoming like the new delta sig/pike/sig pi: houses that were top tier but the rechartered versions don't resemble them in the slightest and only share the same letters.
