Now that the year is over who are the next houses to go off campus and potentially join ofc? Last year we saw DKE and Theta Chi get kicked so who's next?

Its just a matter of time that all OCF houses wither and die. It is just a mater of time when ASU starts to sanction any house that has official functions with OCF greeks. Potential rushees should be made aware thst joining one of the OCF will probably mean the end of their brotherhood with the next few years.

If thats the case, perhaps ASU will start to see the formation of secret societies like many of our prestigious competitors have in the past

Could not agree more OCF are a dead end. The new rushees should be made aware that all OCF will more than likely disappear in a few years so don't waste their time with these houses. I know there is talk in the ASU management to ban all official functions with OCF when stats find they will face penalties for conducting official events with OFC they will all be dropped like a rock.
Lets face it also these houses are middle tier at best and will finally keep dropping to obscurity.

If you can keep up a relationship with nationals (which is definitely hard off campus, and why I still do agree it's a bad idea), the school has zero leverage over you and they know it. What are they gonna do, kick you out of your sweet mansion on Greek row? Maybe they won't let you tailgate how you want to either, wouldn't that be awful? OFC makes ASU ridiculously angry, and for that reason alone I support it. ASU created this situation years ago when they destroyed the row, I say let them suffer as they try to deal with it

Also let's be real, no one at ASU is joining a secret society, unless they're selling Vemma or detox tea

I think eventually ASU will find a space on campus if not old Greek Row to allow fraternities and sororities to build their own houses. When this happens the OCF will be on the outside looking in.

There isn't much ASU can hold over the heads of an off campus chapter, if they can keep relations up with nationals. Even if ASU did build housing (not happening ever imo), an off campus fraternity could also build/lease a house. Look at fiji, they have a registered fraternity house, even if they got kicked off they would keep their house. True, if there was a row, it would be less cool to have a house "not on the row," but hardly a death sentence. Now, in such a situation, if the off campus houses didn't acquire housing, they would die immediately. Such a situation is not happening probably ever, and certainly not in the next 4 years, so I wouldn't base any decisions off of it regarding what house to join.

I would say PIKE, and if there nationals still supports them then I would assume they'd try to join ofc but I'm not sure
