They have a lot of clicks. You can tell different guys don't like each other and only pretend to do so. Usually their parties consist of a bunch of girls dancing with each other while the guys stand around and drink. Several members have admitted to hating it. The TFM article "Why your frat sucks" for SigEp is a pretty accurate depiction of this chapter.

sig ep - california kids, generally smart, generally good looking, good parties, rumors of getting kicked off are a daily thing
fiji - good guys, could be boring at times, on an upswing, only house on campus
Lambda - smart, no pledge process, inflated opinion of self, best overall sorority relations
Kappa Sig - upswing, good looking, smoke a lot of weed, diverse.
Pike - literally go visit any pike chapter across the country and you've met ASU pike
Pi Kapp - soft

By upswing, basically I meant that how in years past (fall13 and before) both kappa sig and Fiji were nowhere near as good as they are now. These two now pull in blue chip recruits and have turned their acts around, with parties, girls, grades, and membership quality, so it's safe to say they're both on an upswing. Neither of them are "top house", but even suggesting kappa sig or Fiji for upper tier would have been a complete joke just a few semesters ago.

I rushed all those houses and received bids from all except LXA. I ending up pledging SEp but later dropped them. You will find a fit in one of those houses but I believe LXA has the best image and reputation so that house is everyones first choice. Because of that it can be very difficult to get a bid because of their reputation and exclusivity.

Probably 1/2 the people in fraternities and the higher the percentage as you go down the tier did not get bids from their first choice many ended with their second, third, fourth choice. Most are happy with the houses they ended up at but many hold a grudge they were not chosen in their first, or second choice. I would take greek rank with a grain of salt. I would just ask the hottest girls in the hottest sororities which are the best houses... really does anything else matter, all the hourses will come up with the same favorites.
