frats

coming to ASU this September from England, 2 questions.
Is there ever prejudice in frats about people being from overseas or is me being a white english guy not going to matter?
also, there seems to be a lot of disagreement about the top tier frats, which tends to be the most respected on campus, by guys, girls and pretty much everyone, if there isn't one then can you list the few good ones?
Lastly, due to the excessive self voting, can i get an honest opinion on which sorority has the hottest girls and the girls who are the coolest to hang out with?

They may not want to take you if you're only here for a short time (I know that's how sororities are)
Fav fraternities from a girl's perspective:
Sig Ep- parties/chill
Lambda- smart/hot
Dke- parties/hot
Also I can't really comment on sororities but I think generally most people would agree pi phi, alpha phi and theta are top
