dke & sig chi

I thought fraternities like DKE and Sig Chi would become irrelevant once they go off campus?
Apparently DKE still throws down, and had a lot of girls come through their pool party this weekend. & Sig Chi has no problem throwing a rager with a solid ratio..
So which one is it? Im thinking of rushing OFC in the fall and i need opinions so i dont waste my time.

dke, sigma chi, and tke are doing fine off campus. IFC recognition doesn't really do much for fraternities. Now, let's say ASU was a school with an on-campus greek row with housing owned by the school, then in that case recognition would matter since getting kicked off would mean losing your house. At a lot of schools this is the case and is why the term "getting kicked off" is often equated with a death sentence. They still have their charters and have support from nationals, which is what matters.
