Y'all. Need to calm down on the fraternity ranks. Past 3 years being hear and you're saying fraternities are on the rise.
If you want to join a frat for parties:social scene and base that off tiers it is

Sig chi
Tke
Dke
Kappa sig
Fiji
Old theta chi
Lambda is not quite there yet but close.
Idc what you say about off campus fraternities being irrelevant now. they still pull girls regardless if they are in a sorority or not. This is ASU. Full of hot gdi women. Greek life hear is going downhill and tired of seeing the keyboard warriors wiggle their way up to top tier because feats getting kicked off. Doesn't mean girls are all gonna be headed to your parties now. If you're not joining Greek life for social scene then I'd consider

If you want to join a fraternity for parties, please don't join at all. Also stop claiming that Sig Ep / OFC houses are top. Hot girls go to every chapter on your list, you forget this is ASU. Any of the four you listed under "not social" would be one of the best houses at other schools. For someone claiming these houses have keyboard warriors, I sure see a lot of posts on here about off campus houses. Seems like you guys come on here more than anyone else.
