they come on here and preach “diversity” but it’s not even that. It’s a bunch of girls with wildly different personalities that don’t get along with each other. The one thing i will say is i haven’t met a rude adpi. but through recruitment and just observing makes it clear that they just get the rest of the recruits who funneled out of the system because rush isn’t perfect. During recruitment, I kept getting this chapter back despite putting them as my last choice every round. It seems that they will accept anyone during recruitment. I found myself anticipating the end of every round because conversations felt so transactional and one-sided. I withdrew on pref day because I got them back as one of my two houses and did not want to end up with a bid from them.

ADPi accepts everyone no matter how they look or sound. Because of this, their sisterhood is one of the best I’ve seen. They actually care about each other and are friends.

do not rush!! cant keep members, so they take eveyone in recruitment!! girls are so mean and start drama for no reason, had so many friends in this chapter bullied or made fun of by their ‘sisters’. not a genuine sisterhood, if this is the only house u get back during rush ur better off not being in a sorority at all. so many girls end up dropping

So much drama & mean girls! No sisterhood & very weak leadership! Oh & lesbian relationships if that’s your thing…..

If a girl gets dropped by every house except one after first round this is usually where they end up. (They were probably dropped for a reason- these are social clubs). A chapter falls behind when they can't be selective during recruitment due to low numbers and unhappy members dropping. Not a typical "sorority experience" and is a participation trophy in greek life. There are some great girls but if retention doesn't improve it could very well become another AGD situation.

This house definitely gave me a mixed vibe at fall recruitment last year. Majority of the girls could not hold a conversation. I felt that I was the one recruiting them in a way which was kind of questionable. However, I did bond well with a few girls at pref round. I think some girls are really genuine and nice but a majority give this awkward vibe. I don’t think this house sucks by any means but they definitely need improvement on recruiting well. Other than that, they do have the potential of going from a bottom to a top tier house.

realllllllly weird vibe. literally tied with aop for bottom house. they will take anyone because their so desperate for members.

100% the new alpha gamma delta. Someone had to take their spot! They should just stop coming around because nobody wants to be associated with them. Lowkey rude too.
