I have no reason to like Theta Chi. They are a bunch of geeds. But if Spence is a dump, and frat row is gone, then where is your better location? The Domain? The Block? Serious question.

ok guys. the new president is a toolbag. off probation next semester so they will probably be back on top, not that a semester on probation stopped them from partying

Freshman girls had E.C. members buying them drinks at the social. Most of these girls ended up puking and being sent home. They have a bunch of good looking members, they seem to be pretty popular. But I picked up my friend from a party last weekend and she couldn't walk or form a sentence and passed out in the street. Turns out someone put something in her drink. I was really let down I heard good things about them but after what happened, very unimpressive. please take care of the girls who attend your parties okay gentlemen?

Spence is the best opportunity for greek life. Theta Chi,KA, PSK, and Alpha Sig (off to the side) all started houses off of Spence. I heard other fraternities have been looking to get houses down that road. spence is the best option at the moment.
