Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Arizona State University - ASU 1.0 They Literally dont even serve alc at rush events,low quality guys as they even call themselves the “frat of people who ddidnt want to join a frat”. The only members who party are the 21 year olds who go to bars since phi delt has nothing to offer. I rushed another fraternity and my experience has been much greater.
