Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Arizona State University - ASU 4.2 They are definitely moving up fast and from what I have seen, the brothers all get along together really well. Occasionally they will win a philo but they don't really seem to do anything except party. I have not seem them put even close to the amount of effort in sorority types of events as they put in their parties afterwards. If they start, they will be moving up in the ranks soon.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Arizona State University - ASU 4.8 These guys won our Philo and are getting way more active on campus than other fraternities. Definitely moved up to middle this year. Seems like they know how to have a good time.
