Spence is the best opportunity for greek life. Theta Chi,KA, PSK, and Alpha Sig (off to the side) all started houses off of Spence. I heard other fraternities have been looking to get houses down that road. spence is the best option at the moment.

i have a lot of friends in this house. i have been out with them and they are all super nice and open. A house doesn't need to be made of 100% hot girls for it to be good.

Although Spence is a dump, there is no other option. It's good to see other fraternities getting involved. Delta Chi back in the 80's and 90's use to have a complex on Spence. Theta Chi is on the right page but they could clean their place up.

Good guys, good to see them coming back. It's good for greek life as a whole when there are more good fraternities, the guys I've met have all been legit.
