Okay dumbasses.....first off Pi Kappa Phi is founded in the deepest part of the south. In fact SAE was founded in Tuscaloosa, AL but we had charleston. Second, you have to be from the south to understand why Virginia ain't southern. Finally geographically Charleston is more southern than Tuscaloosa making it the most southern fraternity. If any of you guys can name a legitimate established fraternity created in a more southern state. This debate is over.
