These guys are definitely coming up. They had to clean their frat up within the past few years/semesters but things are definitely looking up. Before people talk crap on these guys i suggest they give them a chance. These guys will be the shiz in a year or two.

aepi was one of the biggest houses at ASU 2 years ago, they got kicked off campus, but still operated and still had their house on alpha dr. They just got their recognition back and it's basically the guys who pledged last year while on suspension and the freshmen, most of the older guys were kicked out by their nationals, but they're making moves and rising.
