The fact that you're claiming that disgusting stretch of sketchy complexes the "new frat row" is ridiculous, especially since it consists of those fraternities. If you weren't on the actual frat row within the last few years (which did include AEPi actually even though they had the worst house) then you have no idea of what real fraternity life is like, therefore it is those fraternities who have just recently been kicked off who will thrive within the next couple of years, not some wannabe dweebs who think they can recreate something they were never a part of

True. The 6 fraternities that actually had members live on the row were: 1.) Sigma Nu 2.) Sigma Pi 3.) Delta Sig 4.) Sigma Chi 5.) Sig Ep 6.) AEPi If they all had complexes, they could show everyone how it's supposed to be done.
