The only reason that this sorority is seen as one of the bottom tier is based solely on the fact that they are one of three sororities that are diverse, welcoming of everyone and exclusive. There are other sororities that will not even let you come into their house during recruitment based on what you look like on your social media. And sadly, for every school there has to be a bottom/ top mentality and adpi falls into the bottom. But even though their "rank" is bottom, when you compare them to other schools, they are better than most top houses depending on the college. It sucks to see what is genuinely a "good" sorority be seen as bad:/

I've known about Phi Delt for a bit. I think that they are more than anything up and coming. The new guys that I've met from Phi Delt have been great.
