In terms of how I personally see it I know everyone's gonna disagree with me but this is based on smartness classiness philanthropy and niceness as well as popularity with fraternities

Agreeeee. KD and chi o are the nicest of the top tiers. Zta may not be exactly top but they are sweethearts and I've never met a mean one
