Im considering transferring here & want to know more about rush. Im 20 and a second semester freshman (took time off between high school and college). Even though I'm older will sororities give me a bid? I have a 3.6 GPA from the last school I went to.

Sororities have taken older girls before and it wasn't just the bottom tier sororities. The top tier sororities have taken older girls as well. As long as you have a good personality and mesh with the sisters your golden.

There is an upperclassman quota for all groups to help older girls out! Recruitment can be a bit tougher as an upperclassman (I rushed as a junior) but everyone is really understanding of transfers too!
