That is NOT true. There are so many circumstances that can cause someone to not get a bid. Based on the mutual selection process a girl may be released from the ones she put down down as top and then the ones she ranked as lower may also have released her as well.

Recruitment will make you nervous but you need to try and keep it in perspective and have fun. There were def girls last year that were released from recruitment but they honestly had other circumstances or did not have open minds/the right attitude. Relax - it'll be fine!

You can look at their websites and tumblr accounts and get a general first impression. You may like ADPi because they work with Ronald McDonald house or say KD because they work with the Girl Scouts. It's not that you're not being open minded because more than likely you're top choices will change once you actually meet the sisters. It's just who you're interested in as of right now.
