what sororities are hardest to get into? easiest?
what qualities do the sororities look for in new pledges?

personally i think you can separate the sororities into groups based on how hard it is to get a bid
in order from hardest to easiest:
1: kd/adpi
-most difficult and very well liked among PMNs-
2: chi o/sk/alpha phi
-closely compete with group 1 for girls, still have a strict criteria and a "type"-
3: zta/dz/phi mu
-fairly easy as long as you're nice/cute/sociable-
4: aopi/agd
-give bids to nearly anyone, you have to screw up to not get a bid-
that being said - don't take a bid from a sorority just because they're more selective. that doesn't make them a better fit for you!! i also know a girl who got a bid from a REALLY good sorority but was dropped by literally everyone else. i also know a girl who went to a top tier AND a low tier on pref night because she loved them both. :)

It changes from year to year. A sorority picks you as much as you pick them...Don't act like you're too good for any chapter. You find your home if you have an open mind. I didn't end up in my first choice but I'm so happy where I'm at and truly think it was the right home for me.
Here's my prediction this fall based on last year/general feeling on campus-
KD/ADPi (hardest)
APhi/SK
Chi O
ZTA/Phi Mu
DZ
AGD
AOPi
