Sigma has been better than chi o for a long time. One or two good pledge classes doesn't make chi o top ... They're still middle tier

I don't know when you rushed, but Phi Mu hasn't been last in probably 4-5 years at least. They're easily above AOPi and dz, as well as Alpha gam now that they've colonized. I know a lot of people who consider them to be tied or above zeta, which would make them solid middle tier.
