sigma chi

Ever since my freshman year (4 years ago) Sigma Chi was planned to colonize here in I believe Spring 2015 (could have been Fall 2015, I dont remember exactly) but now theyre not set to colonize here anymore
Anyone know why or what happened with that?
I was excited for them to come here I think they wouldve been a good addition to greek life at app
