What's the word on this new fraternity? Good or bad? Do sororities seem to like them or are they just straight weird? I've heard mixed things.

They seem nice so far! I know a couple of them from high school and they're pretty chill guys, not your typical "frat everything" but not anti-frat either

They seem like sweet guys and I know they're going for the husband frat image so we'll see in a few years if they succeed!

It means their bottom teir and self ranking for an excuse to be bottom teir, no fraternities like them and only bottom teir sororities like them, husband material means money as well, none of them come from money nor do they have any big positions on campus where they will be there; they are mediocre, not bad, a lot better than other colonies like sigma nu and Ato but still lower middle

a lot of them are cute, which was surprising to me! overall, they seem to have a good attitude and are working hard to establish themselves on campus. give them two or three years and i think they'll be successful at app!!

i've heard they're mostly the guys that dropped other frats because they didn't get the leadership positions they wanted but honestly i love them so much! really cool guys to hang around and really fun!
