recruitment

there are 4 rounds of recruitment. everyone goes to all 9 sororities on the first round then you rate the top 7 and bottom 2. The sororities will rank each girl that comes through as well. It's a mutual selection process. 2nd round is philanthropy round where you will learn about each sororities philanthropies and you can visit up to 7 sororities on philanthropy night and again rank the bottom 2. 3rd night is sisterhood where you could visit up to 5 sororities and at the end of sisterhood you rank TOP 2. pref night is the last night before bid day where u will go to 2 sororities and see alittle deeper into their chapter. If a sorority invites yu back that means they like you even if you dont feel an instant connection with a sorority i would still give them a chance. dont get discourage if you get dropped by a chapter you really liked because you could end up somewhere better for you and you dont realize it yet. dont believe the hype that some sororities invite everyone back because EVERY sorority at app drops girls. there are girls who go through every year who dont get invited back anywhere but as long as you are yourself and keep an open mind you will end up where you are meant to be!
