What is the frat tier here? popularity, how hard they are to get into, etc.

I would drop pike out since they are not recognized, and maybe drop SAE one level. I would move delta sig, sigma nu and kappa sig each up one level. Otherwise looks good.

Pike coming back I hear. Maybe put them in mid/top until they get their feet under them. Good for them for surviving this long without school recognition. I would move Kappa Sig into top given their past couple pledge classes. Maybe give them another round to see if the trend holds, and keep an eye on their grades. I’d also move Sigma Nu up. Also, I don’t think Delta Sig will be able to hang on like Pike did, so they better hope their troubles don’t go on too long.
