New Mem Process

Sooo, just got a bid from my dad house and I’m super excited but I’m worried about the new member process and what is to come before initiation. I know there’s “new member education” and that honestly sound alike there will be (secretly) hazing involved. Is that the case for any sorority here at app? Plz be honest
