Does an overweight girl have a chance?

I’ve noticed all of the sororities have skinny girls. Does an overweight girl have a chance at a bid? I dress nice and have a good gpa but struggle with weight

omg don’t even worry ab that!!! i’ve seen all types of girls involved in greek life so pls don’t let tht stop u from rushing <3

As an overweight girl that used to be in app Greek life, it won’t matter that much tbh. I don’t think any girl would be open in her organization about saying no just because a girl isn’t “hot” enough, except maybe Aphi or Adpi- i don’t have evidence of that, i just say that because they’re known for having the classic sorority girl type of skinny/blonde/white/suntanned (but that’s not to say there haven’t been overweight girls in those sororities). I think you’ll find the right place for you, and girls of all shapes find their homes
