How do frats work @ App w/o houses

Bout to get downvoted to hell, but how do frats work without having an actual frat house? It just seems weird

Some frats do have houses. Fiji, sig nu, pike, etc. They just aren’t on campus and aren’t huge like other universities but they still host parties so it’s a great time!!
