sorority !!!!!!!

by: see

coming in as a freshman, I really want to experience rush! A lot of my friends go to app and said their experience wasn’t that great and ended up dropping out. They said all the girls are mean and don’t put much effort. Is this true?

Just really depends on what sorority you accept a bid from. Everyone has a different experience but it’s definitely worth trying out if you’re not 100% sure! If you find it’s not for you, you can always drop

Just try it , your experience will probably be different from your friends and try and experience it for yourself / with out anyone’s opinion but your own.

go in w an open mind. recruitment is very stressful and every sorority is trying to get u to like them. it’s not necessarily how it will b once u get a bid. (meaning it’ll b more genuine and fun once u get a bid) sometimes u get ppl tht seem like they don’t wanna talk to u but they may also know info ab u and see u fitting into another sorority better

Always go in with an open mind!!! Recruitment can be stressful but also very fun. You have a lot of conversations with different sorority sisters but they are trying to get to know you and see if you fit in their sorority. You will know which one to pick and will be so happy once you run home on bid day! Believe me it was the best decision I could’ve ever made!! Good luck!

You never know until you try. Sorority life isn’t for everyone but give it a chance and see if it’s for you. It’s a good way to meet people on campus whether you join or not.
