snapbids

by: ;(

how does one go about getting a snap bid from an organization without having any inside connections to them, aside from being a legacy of one of them (that didn't help me in fall recruitment so im assuming it doesn't matter too much) ?

Are you a legacy of the one you wanted to be in?

yeah originally but now im just kind like eh, I was really shocked that it happened because when I was in that round, quite a few people recognized me and came up to me and were super nice and supportive so when I was dropped I was like whoa what

That’s very strange because I have never known a legacy to be dropped. If your GPA was at least a 3.0 and there were no “personnel” issues then that’s kinda out of the ordinary. Most chapters will as a courtesy. Well if you still want to be in it I would suggest going on their website and email the president or recruitment chair and ask if they have Open bidding for spring . Good luck:)

yeah no personal issues and my gpa was a 4.0, so at this point it’s not worth it to be in an organization who didn’t want me THAT bad if that makes sense.
thank you!

I am in total agreement with you on that. You are much better off not being in this organization:)
