the unfairness of recruitment

Here is what sucks in recruitment. Girls go in wanting one of these sororities : ADPi, KD, Sigma Kappa and maybe Alpha Phi or Chi O too. When they don't get those sororities, they end up having a bad attitude about their new home because they have been told they're lower tier. And maybe end up dropping. So basically, how are us lower tier sororities supposed to improve when we keep getting girls who literallly didn't even want us in the first place. Please do tell.

I'm not in a top tier sorority and I think this post is ridiculous. I went in wanting those top sororities but ended up falling in love with my organization and never once thought about dropping. Maybe if you didn't spend so much time complaining about recruitment you'd have more time to spend recruiting the girls that actually want you. This is how it is at every school.
